Waveform roughing is a high speed machining technique that maintains a constant tool cutting load by ensuring the tool engagement into the material is consistent.
EDGECAM - Mill - Turn
The uses of tail stocks, steadies, sub spindles, twin turrets along with C Axis, CY Axis and B Axis are regular features on today’s Multi-Task machine tools. In this collision rich environment, EDGECAM’s turning and milling combinations provide a safe machining environment.
EDGECAM - Turning
EDGECAM Turning provides functionality for 2-Axis lathes, multi-turret configurations, sub-spindle turning centres and mill/turn machines.
Setting Waveform
The Waveform cycle is superior to the traditional Roughing cycle where machinable geometry features are offset (inward or outward) by the % Stepover. TRADITIONAL toolpaths have to run slower feeds and speeds due to the variable width of cut conditions encountered in corners.
EDGECAM - Production Milling
EDGECAM Milling provides functionality to program wire frame geometry or solid model component parts on a variety of machine tool configurations, from 2.5 Axis milling to complex surface tool paths on 3 to 5 axis milling machines.

EDGECAM Part Modeler is a cost effective, 3D modeling tool specifically designed for quick and simple construction / modification of solid models prior to manufacture.

EDGECAM WORKXPLORE
EDGECAM WORKXPLORE is the ideal tool for directly displaying and evaluating 3D CAD files without the need for the original CAD application. The intuitive, easy-to-use interface enables novice and experienced users alike to explore any type of 2D/3D CAD file.
m&h Probing Systems
EDGECAM supports m&h touch probes. Users can measure workpieces and simulate the probe movements with six individual measuring cycles. Each cycle has been enhanced with eight new functions, giving a wider choice of inspection data.
